Stereotypes I hate in TV

Well, from all of the sitcoms I've seen on Disney and Nickelodeon, I've been seriously sick of some stereotypes that they've had, like:
  • Being Single is a Bad Thing: Proof? Almost all of That's So Raven Season 3 has been "Raven needs a man". What's so bad about being single? I mean, Raven's had great times with her family and friends, so she doesn't really need a boyfriend, especially if she has Devon, who she never officially broke up with. There even was an episode of Hannah Montana, where Oliver and Lilly try to find a boyfriend for Miley so she won't be a third wheel. Miley was actually happy though single, and Oliver and Lily never got that. Ironic much? Especially seeing that this seems like a Miley thing to do. Also, whenever Jackson isn't getting tormented by Rico, he's trying to impress a girl. Really, why can't ANYONE stay single? They're in their teens in shows with a target audience of 8-14. I really don't think dating is what they should be doing.
  • Brains are Bad, too: Let's face it: Josh Nichols(sp?), Cody Martin, Maddie Fitzpatrick, Justin Russo, the list goes on and on. If you do good in school, that automatically will make you accident prone, clumsy, and bullied on, while the dumber people just seem to keep on getting luckier by the episode.
