Now Ruining Video Games and Music Videos!

Last week, instead of fixing patches or monitoring the forum, the workers at EA thought it would be more valuable to make a dishonest music video in time for Ambitions. And they somehow managed to get Lady Antebellum to sing for them, too! The video, was odd, and most of the stuff probably won’t even end up in Ambitions. Specifically, the time travel part. It’s probably going to be a VR Goggles like thing.

                Even Sims know rabbit holes are bad!

  Someone explain to me why people would install time travel machines that work with other peoples’, and be fine with strangers just walking out? For once, the expression, eyes glued to the computer, makes sense.

Don’t worry, once I download you, you won’t have to go through crazy adventures! Time travelling will be boring. And less painful.

Why can’t there be community lots like this anymore, you know, like something people would want to go to in real life? And is it weird if I recognize the redhead’s hair as a Sims 3 Conversion?

So remember how a couple of weeks ago, I said Lily Allen retired from being a musician? Well, apparently, she released a new music video.



I'm lost. Does she still plan on pursuing an acting career? Was this a 'finale' video? Her Wikipedia article says "She is not thinking about her next album right now because she is still in the middle of promoting her current record." Let's just say I'm scratching my head about this.

So even if I don't talk about her a lot, I like Lily Allen's music. Her voice is nice, the rhythm's catchy, and her lyrics are true. And she's kind of the only person who could make cursing sound less rude than it normally is. Recently, I was listening to one of her songs on Youtube, and I decided to read the comments out of boredom. Someone said "great voice, too bad she's gonna be an actress."
My thoughts: Wait, what? Lily can't quit being a singer! She's great at singing! She sings songs that are true!
Yes, she has the right to do whatever she wants, but still. It's going to be kind of weird knowing she won't make any new songs.

Top 5 Songs of the Moment

So everyone has their favorite songs, and these are mine for now. They change a lot though, so that's why it's called Top 5 Songs of the Moment. Anyway, here they are:
5: Silly Boy- Eva Simons: This song's catchy, and for her Eva's first single, this is actually good. There were rumors this song was by Rihanna and Lady Gaga. I believed it, mainly because the lyrics somewhat describe what could've happen between Rihanna and Chris Brown.
4: Magic's in the Makeup- No Doubt: As a No Doubt fan, I'd say this song is one of their best. The lyrics don't specifically apply to makeup alone, which makes it somewhat connect to me. I wish the song was released as a Return of Saturn single, but still, it's a good song.
3: Already Gone- Kelly Clarkson: This is a great song made by Kelly, and it's one of the better 'slow' songs she's sang. Even though the track is the same as Beyonce's Halo, I like this song more than Beyonce's.
2: You Belong With Me- Taylor Swift: For starters, the video's really great. Well, I just have a thing for those kind of stories. The lyrics are also nice, and Taylor's voice is nice, too.
1: Smile- Lily Allen: The song's beat is catchy, and the chorus is kinda true for me. :x The video's not exactly the best, but it still gets the basic 'feel' of the song down- bad things happen to you, and it makes me feel good. I like the Sims 2 video for it more, located here.(Note, it's in Simlish)

Yeah, if you didn't notice already, these songs aren't necessarily the newest or anything. They're just songs I discovered recently, and liked.
