Today, NewSea made a free hair, but then changed it to a subscriber hair, and now it’s a free hair again?
The hair’s called Rainy Season (which is appropriate because it’s been raining here for the past two days), and it looks slightly familiar to a previous NewSea hair:

I think the one on the left is a girl, and the one on the right is a boy? (Thanks to ArmenianTwin95 for pointing it out!) But still… they look pretty neutral.
