Yahoo! Finance to the Rescue?

I’m a sucker for Yahoo! Articles. Not sure how legitimate they are, but for the most part, the Finance and “13 Things your [waiter, grocer, burglar, etc.] won’t tell you” (So that’s more rd.com, but still) parts are usually a good read. Today, I saw this on the main website: How to Fight Bad Customer Service. Maybe it will help with EA crap? Okay, who am I kidding? It probably won’t help people because EA sucks, and tips from an article won’t change that, but hey, it might be helpful.
