I know that I watch a lot of shows from the ‘90s, like The Nanny and Friends, and I’ve begun to watch Roseanne (and rewatch Boy Meets World) more, and I used to watch Full House, but I never thought I could watch too much from the nineties. Interestingly enough, I’m wrong, and there might just be a limit.
Today, All About Style made some new dresses.
However, the anonymous community wasn’t too crazy about it:

I personally think they are all very cute, and it's kinda weird that people are such sticklers about what decade it looks to be. It could be 60s and if it's cute, it's cute to me.

And by the way, I miss Boy Meets World. I saw the actor who played Shawn Hunter in an episode of Bones and was like "AWW HE'S SO GROWN UP NAO!" >.< He wasn't the killer in the episode, but he played like some skeevy guy who was a bit pervy and such, just when you see him playing Shawn Hunter and then that, you get a little weirded out and go "but you're SHAWN HUNTER, YOU CAN'T BE SKEEVY!" >.<

Yeah. When I see custom content, I don't think "That pattern looks old," or whatever. Most of the time, I'm just happy that others are making custom content. I'm easily impressed lol.
ReplyDeleteI miss it, too. I got my brother the season 4 DVD for Christmas. Once I was channel surfing, and I saw Danielle Fishel (aka Topanga) hosting a show on the Style Network, and I was thinking "Topanga doesn't care about fashion, why's she hosting THIS?".
I like all of them minus the first one, but not because it's "90s". I didn't even think of it as being 90s until I saw the anonymous posters comments lol.

What IS your definition of the 90s? You seem to use it very loosely. Just because it looks like it's from Fran Fine's closet doesn't make it 90s... automatically. :P
ReplyDeleteI agree, though. These dresses seem to border on the tacky side. I like the 3rd and 5th ones the most.
Hmm.. I don't know. I guess just random colored shirts tucked in amazingly pale blue jeans?
